Abstract

A case report and narrative article on the role of HPV in the surgical management of oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. 

Coronal PET scan of the patient’s head, neck, and chest. Scan shows high FDG uptake in left palatine tonsil and adjacent neck nodes with no visible metastases.
